Specialist in ISO45001 OH&S compliance, ISO9001 quality systems, risk and incident management and government project delivery including capital works and event management. Uniquely combines boardroom financial acumen with frontline security experience, ensuring Legion Security Group delivers both operational excellence and fiscal accountability.
Co-Founder & Operations Director
Experienced security professional with over a decade of industry expertise across operational management, high-security environments, and major infrastructure projects throughout Victoria. Bo's career spans site management for major construction projects including the Western Plains Correctional Centre, working with prominent clients such as VicConnect, McConnell Dowell, and CPB. His operational experience includes crowd control, armed and unarmed guarding, court security, cash-in-transit, and large-scale event management across organisations including G4S, NSA Security, and the Department of Justice. Driven by a deep commitment to community — shaped by growing up in a household that fostered over 300 children — Bo brings integrity, compassion, and mentorship to every team he leads.
