Tafadzwa Chitava
Co-Founder & Strategic Director
Tafadzwa Chitava founded Legion Security Group with a clear vision: to deliver professional, community-minded security services that regional and metropolitan Victoria can genuinely rely on. With hands-on experience across event security, construction site protection, and mobile patrol operations, Tafadzwa built the company around one principle — that every client deserves a licensed, accountable security partner who shows up and delivers.
Under his leadership, Legion has grown into a Social Procurement‐aligned security provider with a 45% diverse workforce — reflecting the communities the company proudly serves across Melbourne, Geelong, Warrnambool, Colac, Portland, and Hamilton.
Tafadzwa holds current Victorian security licences and personally oversees all operations to ensure compliance with the Private Security Act 2004 (Vic) and the high professional standards required of ASIAL members.
Bo Lehmann
Co-Founder & Operations Director
Bo Lehmann co-founded Legion Security Group to build an operations function that matches the professional standards the industry demands. As Operations Director, Bo oversees the deployment of all guard personnel, manages scheduling and rostering across Legion’s service regions, and drives the operational systems that ensure every client commitment is met — every shift, every site.
With deep experience in security operations management, Bo’s focus is the day-to-day reliability that clients depend on — ensuring the right guards are in the right place at the right time, with the right briefings. His work underpins Legion’s reputation for consistency and accountability across Melbourne, Geelong, Warrnambool, and regional Victoria.
Bo brings a systematic, detail-oriented approach to operations that has allowed Legion to scale its service offering across multiple regional centres without compromising on quality or response time.
